Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All orders will be shipped with insurance. Upon shipment, we verify that the condition of the item is the same as is described on our site. We pack well and, although they have been extremely rare, we have experienced a few instances of damaged goods. In that event, we are happy to assist in initiating a claim with the carrier of the shipment. Items are not generally refundable, although there are rare situations that do come up.
